我院1979年7月收治一家九口因误食毒蕈肉褐鳞小伞而中毒的病例。现将有关资料报告如下。一般资料性别、年龄:男5例、女4例,其中6和9岁儿童各1例,66岁老人1例,余为青壮年。并存症:原患糖尿病者1例,冠心病者1例、风心病者1例,孕妇1例,2例儿童均于中毒前两年有“肝炎”史。中毒情况调查:毒蕈采于郊区,量约1公斤。食前用清水浸泡18小时,经洗淘后与猪排骨红烧。于7月10日中午全家共餐。其中7例将所剩菜汤烩茄子,于当日晚餐再次进食,据说大部蕈体已煮烂,
