各位副主席、各位委员、各位同志:根据中央人民政府委员会笫十七次会议决议,我们今天召开安徽省人民政府委员会第一次全体委员会议。中央人民政府委员会第十七次会议决议:成立安微省人民政府,并于省人民政府成立后,撤销皖北人民行政公署、皖南人民行政公署。又在同次会议批准任命曾希圣为主席,牛树才、黄岩、许条、沈子修为副主席,朱子帆、余立奎、余亚农、吴光、李世焱、李世农、李任之、李则纲、李棲凤、李湘若、李云鹤、房秩五、唐辉、孙仲德、桂林栖、马长炎、马乐庭、张文秀、张月潭、张愷帆、陈次權、陈雨田、陈粹吾,
