铜绿假单胞菌是一种革兰阴性的条件致病菌,是院内感染常见的病原体之一。铜绿假单胞菌具有天然或者获得性的多重耐药性,采用疫苗防治其感染是当前的研究热点。铜绿假单胞菌的外膜蛋白I是一种脂蛋白,不但具有良好的免疫原性,而且在不同血清型之间具有交叉保护作用。本文拟就外膜蛋白I的特性、重组抗原疫苗、DNA疫苗和重组沙门氏菌疫苗等方面的研究现状进行综述。
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a Gram-negative opportunistic pathogen and one of the most common pathogens in nosocomial infections. Pseudomonas aeruginosa with natural or acquired multi-drug resistance, the use of vaccines to prevent infection is the current research focus. The outer membrane protein I of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a lipoprotein that not only has good immunogenicity but also has cross-protection between different serotypes. This review summarizes the research status of the characteristics of outer membrane protein I, recombinant antigen vaccines, DNA vaccines and recombinant Salmonella vaccines.
