本文采用反应气氛布里奇曼法生长了KCl:Sr ̄(2+)晶体。给出了晶体的体吸收系数与KCl:Sr ̄(2+)离子浓度间关系的数据,并测量了KCl:Sr ̄(2+)晶体的屈服强度。
In this paper, KCl: Sr ~ (2+) crystals were grown by using the Bridger reaction atmosphere. The data of the relationship between the bulk absorption coefficient of the crystal and the concentration of KCl: Sr ~ (2+) ions are given and the yield strength of the KCl: Sr ~ (2+) crystal is measured.
