为迎合社会需求,加大对计算机人才的培养势在必行。随着社会进程的改变社会对计算机人才的要求也发生变化,在开始最简单的计算机运用到现在要求计算机智能演变,甚至通过编程对生活进行掌控。生活中无处不在的计算机功能使用,多形式、全方位地对我们的生活施加影响。高职教育在我国高等教育体系中占据重要的位置,高职院校也是我国计算机人才孵化重要基地。在现在高职计算机教学中存在一些制约性因素,影响人才的培养。在学校人才培养中对培养目标界定模糊,培养对象质量参差不齐影响培养质量。本文将通过对现在高职教育中计算机人才培养状态进行分析,以市场为导向,就业为培养的最终需求,进行人才现实和目标对比分析其中差距出现原因和针对相关问题提出解决方案。
To cater to the needs of society, it is imperative to increase the training of computer professionals. As social processes change, so does the demand for computing talent in the community, beginning with the simplest use of computers and now requiring computer intelligence to evolve and even controlling programming through life. The ubiquitous use of computer functions in our lives can affect our lives in many ways and in all aspects. Higher vocational education occupies an important position in the system of higher education in our country. Higher vocational colleges are also an important base for incubating computer talents in our country. Now there are some restrictive factors in computer teaching in higher vocational education, affecting the cultivation of qualified personnel. In the training of school personnel to define the training objectives ambiguous, uneven quality of training objects affect the quality of training. This article will analyze the current state of computer talents training in higher vocational education, market-oriented, employment-oriented training for the final demand, the reality of talent and the purpose of comparative analysis of the reasons for the gap and propose solutions to relevant problems.
