通常人们把骨干网传输速率在 2 .5Ｇ以上、接入网能够达到 1兆的网络定义为宽带网。宽带网建设分为三层 :骨干网、城域网和社区接入网。骨干网相当于城市与城市之间的高速公路 ,城域网相当于城市市区内的道路 ,社区接入网解决的则是将道路从市区一直修到小区 ,抵达每户的家门口
