在液化石油气贮配站中,由于罐存量变化频繁,因此如何对贮罐进行快速而准确的盘点计量,则是搞好贮配站经济管理的重要一环。而现在对球型贮罐的标定和计量往往需要繁杂重复的计算。为此,本文导出下列计算式(分析推导过程从略),并绘制出“算图”(诺谟图),以供管理人员对液化石油气球型贮罐标定和计量使用。 球型贮罐内贮液体积,按下式计算: V=π(D/2·H~2-1/3H~3) (1) 液化石油气贮液的重量,按下式计算: W=V·γ (2)式中:V——球罐液面高度为H时之液体体
In the liquefied petroleum gas storage and distribution stations, due to the frequent changes in tank inventory, how to quickly and accurately count stock tanks is an important part of the economic management of storage and distribution stations. However, the calibration and measurement of ball-type tanks often require complicated and repetitive calculations. For this reason, this article derives the following formulas (abbreviated from the analysis and derivation process), and draws a “plan” (contrast chart) for managers to use and calibrate the liquefied petroleum gas balloon tanks.
