随着人类社会的突飞猛进的发展,我们的教育事业也倍受人们的重视。但是要要达到如新课标强调的“创造民主、轻松、和谐、浓郁的课堂氛围,不断激发学生学习兴趣,从而焕发课堂活力。”的课堂效果,可谓“难于上青天”。因此,唯有教师转换角色,由传授者转为促进者,由管理者转化为引导者,以学生为主体,充分发挥学生的主体作用,激发他们的学习兴趣,真正做到教师只是课堂教学的组织者、引导者,学生才是学习的主人,设身处地的为学生创造轻松良好的学习氛围,建立一个接纳性宽容性的课堂气氛,形成一个互教互学的“学习共同体”。
