目的探讨对胰腺癌诊断有意义的基因指标。方法复习国内外有关胰腺癌基因诊断方面的文献。结果K-ras、p53、DPC4、端粒酶和血管生成相关基因可用于胰腺癌临床诊断。结论胰腺癌相关基因的检测可用于胰腺癌的诊断。
Objective To explore the genetic indicators of pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Methods To review the domestic and international literature on the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer gene. Results K-ras, p53, DPC4, telomerase and angiogenesis related genes could be used in clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Conclusion The detection of pancreatic cancer related genes can be used for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
