电力企业是国民经济基础行业,它的经营效率直接关系到国民经济的增长和人民生活水平的提高。当前,“坚强智能电网”的建设是我国提高能源效率、再造能源生产方式的最理想道路。在智能电网技术革新的背景下,作为电力产业链终端的供电企业,以往只是单向地为电力消费者提供服务,而今,供电企业将为电力用户提供更高技术更高质量的服务并产生更多交易上的互动。技术变革带来组织变革,势必会引起供电企业各个领域各个层面上的改变。本文从组织行为学基本理论入手,就团队建设、员工激励、冲突管理、组织变革等方面,结合供电企业的具体实践进行探讨,并提出一些管理建议。
Electricity enterprises are the basic industries of the national economy. Its operational efficiency is directly related to the growth of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards. Nowadays, power supply enterprises will provide power users with more high-tech and higher quality services and generate more Many transactions on the interaction. Organizational change brought about by technological change will inevitably lead to changes at all levels in all fields of power supply enterprises. This article starts with the basic theory of organizational behavior, discusses the specific practices of the power supply enterprises in terms of team building, employee motivation, conflict management and organizational change, and puts forward some management suggestions.
