随着我国市场经济体制的发展和经济全球化的推进,财政体制改革不断深入,预算管理功能日益增强。本文分析了预算管理初期易出现的错误认识,并提出加强市级交通部门预算管理的具体办法。
With the development of the market economy system in our country and the promotion of economic globalization, the reform of the financial system has been deepened and the budget management function has been enhanced day by day. This article analyzes the misunderstandings that are easy to appear in the early stage of budget management and puts forward some concrete measures to strengthen the budget management at the municipal transportation department.
