湖南省人民政府、长沙市人民政府、长沙经济技术开发区:根据国办转发商务部、国土资源部、建设部《关于促进国家级经济技术开发区进一步提高发展水平的若干意见》(国办发[2005]15号)的文件精神和商务部委托审核管理外商投资企业的规定,商务部已完成各国家级经济技术开发区的管理体制和外资审批联网系统的备案审核工作。现将有关事项通知如下:
Hunan Provincial People’s Government, Changsha Municipal People’s Government, and Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone: According to the State Council’s Forwarding of the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Land and Resources, and the Ministry of Construction’s “Some Opinions on Promoting National Economic and Technological Development Zones to Further Improve Development Level” (Guobanfa [2005] No. 15) The spirit of the document and the Ministry of Commerce entrusted the review and administration of the regulations governing foreign-invested enterprises. The Ministry of Commerce has completed the filing and review of the management systems of the national-level economic and technological development zones and the online approval system for foreign investment approval. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
