目的探讨采用三种不同方法治疗耳廓假性囊肿的效果,并进行疗效比较。方法将129例耳廓假性囊肿患者随机分为三组,并分别采用碘酒+He-Ne激光照射、穿刺抽液注入无水酒精+石膏固定及手术治疗三种不同方法进行治疗,并随访6个月以上。结果碘酒+He-Ne激光照射组与穿刺抽液注入无水酒精+石膏固定组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.51,P>0.05),手术治疗组与碘酒+He-Ne激光照射组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.07,P<0.01),同样手术治疗组与穿刺抽液注入无水酒精+石膏固定组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.76,P<0.01)。结论手术切除囊壁是治疗耳廓假性囊肿最为安全而有效的方法,可达到一次性治愈的目的 。
Objective To explore the effects of three different methods for the treatment of auricle pseudocyst and to compare the curative effects. Methods A total of 129 patients with auricle pseudocyst were randomly divided into three groups and were treated with iodine alcohol + He-Ne laser irradiation, perfusion fluid injection anhydrous ethanol + plaster fixation and surgical treatment respectively, and were followed up 6 months or more. Results There was no significant difference in efficacy between iodine + He-Ne laser irradiation group and perfusion fluid injection anhydrous ethanol + plaster fixation group (χ2 = 0.51, P> 0.05) There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 10.07, P <0.01). There was also significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 13.76, P <0.01) ). Conclusions Surgical resection of the cyst wall is the safest and most effective method for the treatment of auricular pseudocyst, which can achieve the purpose of one-time cure.
