梨和苹果腐烂病主要发生在中国和日本,该病主要危害梨和苹果树的主干和侧枝。目前国内外对这2种腐烂病菌分类地位和致病性分化的研究十分关注。已有的研究表明引起我国梨和苹果腐烂病的主要病原菌为子囊菌门苹果黑腐皮壳菌的2个变种,即Valsa mali var.mali和V.mali var.pyri,对其进行室内离体接种试验表明,二者可交互侵染苹果和梨,但对2种寄主的致病力存在差异,即前者在苹果上表现高致病力,后者在梨上表
