在世界银行有关部门的安排下,国家计委外资司前一段时间组成考察组,对阿根廷的外债问题进行了考察。这次考察主要是了解阿根廷外债的历史、现状,债务危机的成因、后果以及债务危机的对策,从中吸取有益的经验和教训,为加强中国利用外资管理工作,提高宏观决策和管理水平,合理确定外债规模,进一步加快利用外资步伐,提供借鉴。
Under the arrangement of the relevant departments of the World Bank, the foreign fund department of the State Development Planning Commission made an inspection team some time ago to conduct an investigation of the foreign debt problem in Argentina. This visit is mainly aimed at understanding the history and current situation of the Argentine foreign debt, the causes and consequences of the debt crisis and the countermeasures for the debt crisis. Drawing lessons from the experience and lessons learned from this study, in order to strengthen China’s use of foreign investment management, raise the level of macroeconomic policy-making and management, Scale of foreign debt, further accelerate the pace of using foreign capital and provide reference.
