用程序升温脱附(TPD)和电子自旋共振(ESR)研究了氧在Ag~0Y上的化学吸附态。在TPD谱图上观察到α和β两种吸附态,相应的峰温分别是120—160℃和233—250℃。较仔细地研究了β态,其脱附过程为二级,表明氧以原子态吸附在银表面,脱附活化能为19.69千卡/克分子。ESR的测量结果表明,该原子吸附态为抗磁性的。比较ESR和TPD的结果得出:原子态吸附氧种为O_吸~-。
The chemisorption of oxygen on Ag ~ 0Y was investigated by temperature programmed desorption (TPD) and electron spin resonance (ESR). Two kinds of adsorption states of α and β were observed on the TPD spectrum. The corresponding peak temperatures were 120-160 ℃ and 233-250 ℃, respectively. The beta state was studied more carefully, and the desorption process was second order, indicating that oxygen was adsorbed on the silver surface in the atomic state and the activation energy for desorption was 19.69 kcal / mol. ESR measurement results show that the atomic adsorption state is diamagnetic. Comparing the results of ESR and TPD, we can get that the oxygen species in atomic state is O_sorbed ~ -.
