硅橡胶是一种人工合成的高分子化合物的弹性体,具有良好的耐湿和电绝缘性能。并有生理惰性及稳定的理化特征。可经多次反复的消毒处理,不老化。能制成各种形态,对组织反应性较小。术后无吸收变形等现象。因此,在医学上应用于体内埋植,作为人工器官及组织代用品,来修复缺损畸形是比较理想的,也是一种有价值的新材料。我院于1981年~1983年应用硅橡胶(不包括硅橡胶液注射的病例)进行组织内埋植,收到了较为满意的效果。现将1例用弹性硅橡胶治疗下颌骨缺损所引起的面部畸形病例做一介绍。患者于××,女,20岁。主诉:右下颌缺损畸形18年,要求整复治疗。现病史:患者于2岁时右腮腺区肿胀,发烧。经传染病院诊断为腮腺炎。治疗效果不显著,并于局部形成脓肿,破溃后遗留瘘孔,有脓性分泌物溢出,经手术治愈。此后遗留右下
Silicone rubber is a synthetic polymer elastomer, has good moisture and electrical insulation properties. Physiologically inert and stable physical and chemical characteristics. Can be repeatedly disinfected, not aging. Can be made in a variety of forms, less responsive to the tissue. No postoperative absorption deformation and so on. Therefore, it is ideal and also a valuable new material to be implanted in the body and used as artificial organs and tissue substitutes to repair the defect.
