2003年9月4日,教育部中央电教馆组织专家对北京北大方正电子有限公司自主研制开发的“方正Apabi数字图书馆”进行了鉴定。专家组认真听取了该系统的研制报告、技术报告、用户报告,观看了实际操作演示,审阅了查新报告与检测报告,并进行了现场质询,经过认真讨论,专家组成员一致认为: “方正Apabi数字图书馆”是符合教育部《中小学图书馆(室)规程(修订)》的规定,满足中小学图书馆现代化建设需求,基于成熟的网络出版解决方案的数字图书系统。丰富的数字图书资源对全面推进素质教育、提高师生信息素养具有促进作用。
On September 4, 2003, the Central Education Committee of the Ministry of Education organized experts to conduct an appraisal of “Founder Apabi Digital Library” independently developed by Beijing Peking University Founder Electronics Co., Ltd. The expert group carefully listened to the system’s development report, technical report and user report, watched the actual operation demonstration, reviewed the new report and the test report, and conducted on-site questions. After careful discussion, the panel members agreed that: “Founder Apabi Digital Library is a digital library system based on the mature network publishing solution that meets the requirements of the modernization of primary and secondary libraries in line with the regulations of the Ministry of Education of the ”Elementary and Secondary Library (Room)" (Revised). Rich digital library resources to promote quality education in an all-round way, improve information literacy of teachers and students have a catalytic role.
