学校的工作主要是学生工作,而学生工作又是班主任的主要工作。班主任是班集体的组织者和教育者,是学生德、智、体、美诸多方面发展的指导者。初中阶段是学生发展的黄金时期,作为初中生最为直接的大朋友——班主任,则是初中生健康发展的引路人,是直接影响学生思想性格、学习行为习惯良好发展的至关重要的指导者。我感觉,一切教育都应该是爱的教育,一切管理也都应该是人性化的管理。我根据自己多年的教学经验,总结了三点对初中生的管理思路。
