为了解我校高中学生睡眠状况与学习成绩、身体素质的关系 ,更好地监测、提高学生的健康水平 ,对 1175名学生随机抽取 75 0人进行调查。报告如下。1　对象与方法　　在校学生 1775名 ,采用“睡眠状况量表”问卷形式 ,结合每年的体检结果 ,学习成绩一览表 (教务处 ) ,体育成绩表 To understand the relationship between high school students’ sleep status, academic performance and physical fitness, and to better monitor and improve students’ health, 1175 students were randomly selected to conduct surveys. The report is as follows. 1 Subjects and Methods 1775 students were enrolled in the “Sleep Condition Scale” questionnaire, combined with the results of the annual physical examination, the list of academic results (Department of Educational Affairs), and the sports score table.
