The habit of rubbing the hips and tails on trunks, stumps, etc. on the active route has long been understood by hunters and ecologists. The hunters claimed that their objects were “oil wax” and “oil piles”. Zheng Shengwu et al. and Yonno had wiped their tails on the branches for the purpose of marking the route. Yan Yuhong et al. and Bi Shuzeng pointed out that females and males have the habit of rubbing their hips on trunks, stumps, and corners, or rubbing their hips together. The morphological structure of the appendix gland has not been reported so far. In this paper, the anatomical, histological and related histochemical studies of the appendix glands were carried out in conjunction with the observation of the habits of raising the bream and gluteal tail. The morphological structure, secretion of pheromones, and their secretion patterns and communication functions were discussed. . Knowing the behaviour of crickets has positive implications for the breeding, breeding, protection and hunting of crickets.
