在牛粪好氧堆肥过程中,分别向堆体R0、R1和R2投加新鲜牛粪质量0、7%和15%的腐殖土,通过测定堆体温度、电导率(EC)、C/N值、总腐殖酸、总腐殖酸/总有机碳(HA/TOC)和种子发芽指数(GI)的变化,研究腐殖土对牛粪好氧堆肥过程及堆肥产品品质的影响。结果表明:R2比R1和R0升温迅速,能够维持更长的高温期;堆肥结束时,R2、R1和R0的EC值分别为1 830、1 850和1 875μS/cm,C/N值分别为16.8、17.5和18.6,总腐殖酸含量分别为8.71%、8.38%和8.32%,HA/TOC值分别增加了22.1%、14.2%和8.39%,GI值分别为73.5%、71.2%和69.5%。投加腐殖土能够加快牛粪堆肥腐熟过程,提高堆肥腐殖化程度,改善堆肥产品品质。
During the aerobic composting of cattle manure, humus soil with fresh cow manure mass of 0, 7% and 15% was added to the stacks R0, R1 and R2, respectively. By measuring the temperature, conductivity (EC), C / N value, total humic acid, total humic acid / total organic carbon (HA / TOC) and seed germination index (GI) of humus soil were measured to investigate the effect of humus soil on the aerobic composting of cattle manure and the quality of composting products. The results showed that the temperature of R2 was faster than that of R1 and R0, and could maintain a longer period of high temperature. At the end of composting, the EC values of R2, R1 and R0 were 1 830,1 850 and 1 875 μS / cm, respectively, and the C / N values were 16.8, 17.5 and 18.6 respectively. The total HA contents were 8.71%, 8.38% and 8.32%, HA / TOC increased by 22.1%, 14.2% and 8.39%, GI values were 73.5%, 71.2% and 69.5% . Adding humus soil can accelerate composting of cow dung, improve humification of compost, and improve compost product quality.
