自从全国集邮联于2013年4月换届,并于同年7月成立了其第五届青少年集邮工作委员会以来,青少年集邮工作受到了重视。诸如全国集邮联领导深入学校进行调研、老集邮家向学校赠送邮书、各地评选出新增的青少年集邮活动示范基地、新组建的少年邮局宣告成立、某些机构联合举办青少年集邮知识竞赛和生肖纪念邮戳设计大赛、一些地方举办集邮夏令营等消息不断见诸报端。2014年5月在湖南长沙举办的第16届中华全国集邮展览上,又有一批青少年集邮类展品精彩亮相。这一切都充分表明,全国集邮联“七
Since the establishment of the Fifth National Philatelic Committee by the National Philatelic Union in April 2013 and the establishment of its fifth Youth Philatelic Working Committee in July of the same year, attention has been paid to the philately work of teenagers.
