行政效率是行政管理学的核心问题,是行政管理活动的出发点和归宿。电子政务要实现这一目的和归宿,离不开信息技术和制度的支持。文章从行政效率、信息技术与制度创新三个维度对电子政务的发展进行了分析,以引起人们对构建科学的电子政务的重视。
Administrative efficiency is the core issue of administration and the starting point and destination of administrative activities. E-government to achieve this end and destination, can not do without information technology and system support. The essay analyzes the development of e-government from the three aspects of administrative efficiency, information technology and system innovation to arouse people’s attention to the construction of e-government.
