烟草曲叶病是烟草的主要病害之一,流行于热带和亚热带地区,其病原是烟草曲叶双生病毒(Tobacco leaf curl virus,TbLCV).TbLCV由烟粉虱(Bemisia tabaci)传播,能侵染属于茄科(Solanaceae)和番木瓜科(Caricaceae)的许多植物.在我国蔡健和等曾报道TbLCV的寄主范围、传毒媒介和与非洲木薯花叶双生病毒的血清学关系.本文首次报道TbLCV外壳蛋白基因的核苷酸序列,在外壳蛋白氨基酸水平上比较与其它双生病毒的分子进化关系,为进一步研究其分子生物学特性奠定了基础.
