The potential selectivity of ion selective electrode K_ (ij) ~ (Pot) is an important parameter to measure the performance of the electrode. The law of the potential selectivity coefficient has already been discussed. In this paper, we discuss the relationship between the selectivity coefficient of anionic membrane electrode and the anion structure parameter (z / r ~ 2) _j. The potential selectivity coefficient indicates the degree of “response” of the electrode to the interfering ions.Gordon et al proposed a possible model for the anion transfer of the anion-selective electrode on a mobile carrier membrane in the study of phase transfer deactivation theory.
