本文介绍用晶体管脉冲治疗机密波脉冲对100个神经肌肉受患的病例,共做了142次刺激试验,并同时做了常规电诊断以对照。当除外了病史在1年以上的病例后,则以神经肌肉在密波脉冲刺激下所呈的三种反应,用以分别表示常规电诊断的正常反应、不完全变性反应、完全变性反应相符者达99.2%。此外,该刺激试验对于上、下运动神经原损害所致之瘫痪也能起到鉴别作用。文中对于应用密波脉冲的原理也做了探讨。密波脉冲应用于电诊断,较常规电诊断方法更加简便迅速而易于掌握,有助于基层的医疗工作。
