八十年代初,我读到一份关于美国金县图书馆网开展工作的报道,其中谈到该馆与“酒精中毒治疗中心”配合活动。看到这里我不禁哑然失笑,觉得不伦不类。美国金县图书馆网干了不止一件跨行业的事:出租影片、录像带和放映机、收录机,组织文艺会演,教人修理汽车、自行车、制作服装和家庭食品,培训法律人员,等等。没有人嘲笑它们“不务正业”,因为在美国是不存在“正业”与“副业”的界限的。其实,从我国的职称政策看,图书馆也不存在垮行业问题。例如:任何一种专业的学历、任何一个系列的职称,到了图书馆都不算改
In the early 1980s, I read a report on the work of the U.S. Jin County Library Network, in which I talked about the activities of the museum in cooperation with the Alcoholism Treatment Center. The Golden County Library network has done more than one cross-industry event: renting videos, videos and projectors, tape recorders, organizing theatrical performances, teaching people to fix cars, bicycles, making clothing and home food, training lawyers, and more. In fact, judging from the professional title policy in our country, there is no problem in the library of breaking down the industry.
