目的:建立盐酸奥沙莫唑坦对映异构体的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用Chiralcel OD-H(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)手性柱,流动相为正己烷-乙醇-二乙胺(92∶8∶0.1),流速0.5 m L·min-1,检测波长285 nm,柱温30℃。结果:奥沙莫唑坦与其R-对映异构体的分离度良好,R-对映异构体浓度在1~9μg·m L-1范围内,线性良好(r>0.999),进样精密度良好(RSD<1.0%,n=5)。结论:采用高效液相色谱法,在正相条件下直接拆分盐酸奥沙莫唑坦对映异构体,方法具有柱效高、简便快捷、重复性好等优点,可用于生产过程中盐酸奥沙莫唑坦对映体的质量检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of enalazine hydrochloride enantiomers by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: Chiralcel OD-H (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) chiral column was used with the mobile phase of n-hexane-ethanol-diethylamine at a flow rate of 0.5 m L · min- 285 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The separation of oxsometazam and its R-enantiomer was good. The R-enantiomer concentration was in the range of 1 ~ 9μg · m L-1 with a good linearity (r> 0.999) Good precision (RSD <1.0%, n = 5). Conclusion: The enantiomers of oseltamivir hydrochloride are directly resolved by normal-phase HPLC with high performance liquid chromatography. The method has the advantages of high column efficiency, simple and quick, good repeatability, etc. It can be used in the production of hydrochloric acid Enantiomeric Analysis of Oxacillin Enantiomers.
