随着铁路改革的不断深入和物流业领域的快速发展,我国装卸机械在科技含量、设备单位价值、复杂程度以及数量上都发生了质的飞跃。如何适应当前快速发展的形势需要,提高装卸机械在实际运用、改造和安全管理方面的水平,以保持设备的良好的状态,充分发挥出设备效能,进而最大化实现企业的技术装备素质和生产经营效益,已成为了当前急需解决的重要问题。本文结合在阳原、西韩岭实际装卸作业的工作体验,着重就装卸机械的运用、改造和安全管理这三个装卸企业生产运营中的关键要素进行了探讨与研究。
With the continuous deepening of the railway reform and the rapid development of the logistics field, the loading and unloading machinery of our country has made a qualitative leap in terms of scientific and technological content, equipment unit value, complexity and quantity. How to adapt to the needs of the current rapid development of the situation, improve handling machinery in the actual use, transformation and safety management level, in order to maintain a good state of equipment, give full play to the equipment efficiency, and thus maximize the realization of enterprise technology and equipment quality and production and management Efficiency, has become an urgent need to solve the important issue. Combining with the working experiences of Yangliu and West Hanling, this paper focuses on the key elements in the operation of the three loading and unloading enterprises, such as handling, transformation and safety management.
