一、转变培训观念,创新培训理念首先,我们提出了“培训杰出员工,铸就优秀团队”的培训理念,围绕这一理念,形成了公司培训工作的工作作风,即“有所思,追求加创新;有所为,务实加奉献”。两所职工大学在公司教育培训中心的指导下,成为公司的员工培训基地,把以学历教育为重点的办学模式转化为以岗位培训与技术培训为重点的员工培训。二、改革培训体制,建立培训制度
