目的低聚壳聚糖与银杏叶聚戊烯醇配伍的急性毒性和长期毒性实验研究。方法急性毒性实验研究配伍药物的最大耐受性;30 d连续灌胃低中高剂量的配伍药物,每周测量体重、摄食量,给药结束及恢复期结束时分别检测动物血液学、血液生化、心肝脾肺肾的脏器重量、脏器系数及病理学。结果最大浓度、最大体积一次性给予动物5475mg/kg+90 mg/kg(低聚壳聚糖+银杏叶聚戊烯醇),且无动物死亡。连续灌胃配伍药物30 d,各剂量组对动物均无明显的毒性反应。结论配伍药物的无毒反应剂量(NOAEL)为2400 mg/kg+40 mg/kg。
Objective To study the acute toxicity and long-term toxicity of chitosan oligosaccharide mixed with ginkgo polyprenyl alcohol. Methods The acute toxicity experiment was conducted to study the maximal tolerability of compatibility drugs. 30 days of low, medium and high doses of drug were continuously administered. The body weight, food intake, end of administration and the end of convalescence were measured weekly for hematology, blood biochemistry, Liver, lung, spleen and kidney organ weight, organ coefficient and pathology. Results The animals were sacrificed at the maximum concentration of 5475 mg / kg + 90 mg / kg (chitosan + ginkgo polyprenol) in a single dose, with no animal deaths. Continuous oral administration of compatible drugs 30 d, each dose group on animals no significant toxicity. Conclusion The nontoxic reaction dose (NOAEL) of compatibility drug is 2400 mg / kg + 40 mg / kg.
