研究KF/MgO固体碱催化剂在酯交换反应过程中的催化性能,考查催化剂的KF负载量和煅烧温度对酯交换反应的影响,对催化剂进行BET、XRD和SEM表征。结果表明:KF的负载量为65%、煅烧温度为500℃、煅烧时间为4 h的条件下,催化及表面活性物质为K_2MgF_4、KMgF_3、KF/MgO的活性及稳定性较高。采用该催化剂,当反应温度为60℃、醇油物质的量比为15∶1、催化剂用量5%、反应5 h时,生物柴油收率为91.33%;催化剂一次再生后活性仍较高。
The catalytic performance of KF / MgO solid base catalyst during transesterification was investigated. The effect of catalyst KF loading and calcination temperature on transesterification was investigated. The catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD and SEM. The results showed that the catalytic activity and the surface active substances were K 2 MgF 4, KMgF 3 and KF / MgO with high KF loading of 65%, calcination temperature of 500 ℃ and calcination time of 4 h. With the catalyst, the yield of biodiesel was 91.33% when the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, the molar ratio of alcohol to oil was 15:1, the amount of catalyst was 5% and the reaction time was 5 h. The activity of catalyst was still high after one regeneration.
