目的检测、评价某机械公司职业病危害因素及防护措施效果。方法依据《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》进行现场调查和工程分析,识别生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素的种类及环节,并进行检测。结果该公司生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素:有毒物质(锰及其化合物)、粉尘(电焊烟尘)、物理因素(噪声)。经现场测试,有毒物质STEL为0.050~0.062 mg/m3、CTMA为0.019~0.023 mg/m3,粉尘CSTEL为2.7~4.7 mg/m3、CTWA为2.0~3.5 mg/m3,噪声为73.3~82.9 dB(A)。结论该公司职业病防护措施是科学和有效的。
Objective To test and evaluate the occupational hazards of a machinery company and the protective effect. Methods Based on the field survey and project analysis of “Sampling Specifications for Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in Workplace Air”, the paper identifies the types and links of occupational hazards that exist in the production process and conducts tests. Results The main occupational hazards caused by the company's manufacturing process were toxic substances (manganese and its compounds), dust (welding fumes), and physical factors (noise). The field tests showed that the STEL of toxic substances was 0.050-0.062 mg / m3, the CTMA was 0.019-0.023 mg / m3, the dust CSTEL was 2.7-4.7 mg / m3, the CTWA was 2.0-3.5 mg / m3 and the noise was 73.3-82.9 dB ( A). Conclusion The company's occupational disease protection measures are scientific and effective.
