根据咨询公司格兰特·索顿的调查,在全球各国的企业当中,董事会里的女性成员比例不足1/4。我们列举了女性董事比例最高的21个国家和地区,以及英国和美国(两个国家排名均未进前20)的数据。为全世界输出“菲佣”的菲律宾,其女性在商业中的地位也最高。一方面,女性董事比例高显示了社会男女平等的程度,另一方面,过高的比例也能反映出这个国家男性的工作意愿不那么强。
According to a survey by consulting firm Grant Thornton, the proportion of female members on the board of directors is less than a quarter of that of companies in various countries around the world. We cite the 21 countries with the highest percentage of female directors, as well as the United Kingdom and the United States, where neither ranks top 20. The Philippines, which exports “Filipino Maids” worldwide, also has the highest number of women in business. On the one hand, the high ratio of female directors shows the degree of equality between men and women in society. On the other hand, too high a percentage shows that men in this country are less willing to work.
