早些时候,国家信息中心和中国信息协会在国家信息中心会议室共同举办了“为我国信息内容服务业创造良好的法律环境”的座谈会。参加座谈会的有国家信息中心副主任胡小明,中国人民大学教授郭寿康,中国社科院法学所研究员李顺德、莫纪宏、周汉华、唐广良,北京大学法学院教授尹田,中国政法大学教授王卫国,中国人民大学法学院教授张新宝,中国电子信息产业发展研究院副所长阿拉木斯、研究员王兵,中国法学会研究部主任方向、副处长崔秀娟,北京市中咨律师事务所律师孙健,及国家信息中心、中国信息协会业界人士共23人。本次会议围绕信息社会特别是开展电子政务后的知情权和稳私权问题展开了激烈的讨论。经同意,我刊独家披露与会专家的发言。
Earlier, the State Information Center and China Information Association co-hosted a forum entitled “Creating a Good Legal Environment for China’s Information Content Service Industry” in the conference room of the National Information Center. Hu Xiaoming, deputy director of the State Information Center, professor of Renmin University of China Guo Shoukang, researcher of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Li Shunde, Mo Jihong, Zhou Hanhua, Tang Guangliang, professor of Peking University Law School Yin Tian, professor of China University of Political Science and Law Wang Weiguo, Professor of Law School of Renmin University of China Zhang Xinbao, Deputy Director of China Electronics and Information Industry Development Research Institute Alaimus, Researcher Wang Bing, Director of Research Department of China Law Society Cui Xiujuan, Lawyer of Beijing Zhongzhe Law Firm Sun Jian, and the State Information Center, China Information Industry Association a total of 23 people. The meeting focused on the information society, especially after the e-government to carry out the right to information and privacy issues heated discussion.
