基于实践操作模块化与综合设计性外科护理学实验教学改革研究

目的:采用实践操作模块化与综合设计性实验方案进行教学研究,探索本科外科护理学实验教学新方法。方法:选择山西中医药大学护理学院2015级两个本科班护生99名,随机分为实验组49名和对照组50名。实验组护生采用实践操作模块化与综合设计性实验方案教学;对照组护生采用传统的实验方案教学。比较两组护生技能、理论考核成绩及实验组护生对教学改革的评价和满意度。结果:实验组技能考核成绩优于对照组;实验组理论考核成绩及格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);实验组护生对教学改革满意较高。n 结论:在模块化实验中强调反复练习,将模块化实践的难点重点融入设计的演示方案中并承担方案中不同的角色,实验中理论联系实际,建立临床思维模式,进一步培养学生主动思考和实践能力。“,”Objective:To explore the new experimental teaching method of undergraduate surgical nursing, adopt the modularization of practical operation and the comprehensive design experimental scheme to carry out the teaching research.Methods:A total of 99 nursing students from two undergraduate classes of 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group (n n=49) and the control group (n n=50). The nursing students in the experimental group adopted modularization of practical operation and comprehensive design experimental program teaching.The nursing students in the control group adopted traditional experimental program.The two groups of nursing students' skills, theoretical assessment results and the experimental group of nursing students' evaluation of teaching reform and satisfaction were compared.n Results:The test scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the passing rate of theoretical examination in experimental group was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(n P<0.05). Nursing students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching reform.n Conclusions:In modular experimental emphasizes practice, the practice of modular difficult key into the demonstration project of the design and plan of different roles, theory with practice in the experiments, the established clinical thinking mode, further training students' initiative thinking and practical ability.
