为提高公交出行的体验,吸引更多人群加入公交出行队伍,缓解城市交通拥挤,建设绿色、低碳城市,本文通过对重庆公交信息服务存在问题的梳理,系统地分析了规划、等待、乘坐、到达四个出行过程的信息服务需求,并在信息设计中充分考虑人的视知觉心理与生理特点,以及色盲等特殊群体的辨识需要,以提升用户体验为目标,提供公交出行的全过程信息服务,合理进行信息的布局与设计。
