2016年初,民航局局长冯正霖在校验中心调研时指出,“校验中心在民航业具有基础性、先锋性的保障地位,责任重大、岗位重要,是民航的‘探路者’。”多年来,校验中心将校验飞机的维修保障能力和管理水平作为中心安全稳步发展的重要一环,机务部始终致力于采取科学管理手段、创新人力资源管理模式、提升飞机维修能力,希望为国家通航维修水平提高、通航事业发展贡献自己的力量。2011年校验中心机务部更名为北京鼎实通航技术服务中心(简称鼎实),并于2012年底成为美国赛斯纳公司的授权服务中心。目前该中心拥有14架校验飞机和94名维修人员。
