中西政治思想史上,大多数思想家认为权术和道德是对立、水火不容的,纷纷推崇道德,贬抑权术。与之相对,有一些思想家在人性恶的人性论基础上,提出崇术抑德的思想主张。为了更为全面地理解权术与道德的相互关系,我们有必要对权术与道德的各自内涵进行系统全面的分析,对这两种权术思想的优劣得失加以比较,以期对社会主义现代化建设中的政治实践有所启示。
In the history of Chinese and Western political thoughts, most thinkers think that right and morality are incompatible with each other, and they all respected morality and derogatory tactics.
