In July 2014, I took the position of nine principals and four principals through competitions. In the face of a newly run primary school and a group of newly graduated new teachers whose playgrounds are not yet completed, I quickly adjusted my position and entered the role of post. Together with the newly formed school-level team, I met the challenge, sorted out my thinking and formulated the plan. The ideal nine pavilion four small, what should be like?
