In the early stages of thrombosis, changes in blood flow, platelets, and blood vessel walls are the most important factors for thrombosis. Thrombosis is formed after these changes activate the blood clotting mechanism. The significance of blood coagulation changes in thrombosis, although a long history of research, has not yet been fully elucidated. This article briefly describes the relationship between coagulation mechanisms and their inhibitors and thrombosis.
