近年来,中国经济高速发展,城市化进程正处在快速发展和关键时期,当前必须准确把握内外环境,顺应发展趋势,把城市发展用地短缺同城乡结合部土地闲置这两个问题联系起来寻求解决途径。本文是以景观生态学、人居环境学、可持续发展理论等作为理论支撑,以城乡结合部景观规划的调研现状为依托,从景观规划角度出发,分析了城乡结合部土地流转发生的背景、现状,解释和归纳了城乡结合部流转土地的基本定义、内涵、功能以及研究状况。希望通过对相关问题的研究,为解决城市问题、三农问题以及流转土地的规划方式提供一定的理论和实际参考价值。
In recent years, with rapid economic development and urbanization in China, the process of urbanization is in a period of rapid development and a crucial period. At present, we must accurately grasp the internal and external environment and comply with the development trend. We must solve the two problems of urban development land shortage and land idleness at the urban-rural integration point way. Based on landscape ecology, habitat environment and sustainable development theory, this dissertation is based on the current situation of landscape planning in urban and rural areas. From the perspective of landscape planning, this paper analyzes the background of the land circulation in urban- Status quo, explain and summarize the basic definition, connotation, function and research status of land circulation in urban-rural integration. Hope that through the study of relevant issues, to provide some theoretical and practical reference value for solving the urban problems, the issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers as well as the planning methods for the circulation of land.
