加强对权力的制约和监督,是十六大报告提出的基本要求之一。要充分认识新形势下 加强对公安执法权力制约和监督的重要意义,坚决克服当前公安执法监督中存在的错误思想和倾向, 进一步完善公安执法监督机制。
Strengthening the restriction and supervision of power is one of the basic requirements set forth in the report of the 16th CPC National Congress. We should fully understand the importance of strengthening the restriction and supervision over the law enforcement powers of public security in the new situation, resolutely overcome the existing mistaken ideas and tendencies in law enforcement supervision, and further improve the law enforcement supervision mechanism of public security.
