作物抗病机制研究对抗性改良有重要的理论和实践意义。水稻是世界上主要粮食作物之一。目前,越来越多的水稻主效抗病基因和抗病相关基因被克隆。对于这些基因的研究可以提高人们对水稻-病原菌互作的认识,并有利于发掘水稻中新的抗性基因。现主要对近年来在水稻抗病研究中取得的成果进行概述和展望。
Research on crop disease resistance mechanism has important theoretical and practical significance. Rice is one of the main food crops in the world. At present, more and more major disease-resistance genes and resistance-related genes have been cloned. Research on these genes can increase people's understanding of rice-pathogen interactions and facilitate the discovery of new resistance genes in rice. The main achievements of the research on rice resistance in recent years are summarized and prospected.
