本文就改善14MnMoV 钢的韧性所做的试验对提高韧性途径作了几种阐述。调质能够充分发挥该钢的潜力,但受设备所限不得开展。二次常化加回火使韧性达到标准要求。一次常化加两相区水淬,性能足以保证设计要求,且产品不易变形,效果令人满意,应在设备制造中给予推广,使其成为电站汽包和高压化工容器的主力钢号。
This article made several expositions on how to improve the toughness of 14MnMoV steels.
