对26例已确诊的宫颈癌Ⅱb、子宫内膜癌Ⅱ及Ⅲ期患者施行全子宫、双附件切除术＋盆腔术中放疗，术前、术后补充体外、腔内放疗。26例患者顺利完成治疗，未见明显不良反应，无严重并发症出现。提示妇科肿瘤的术中放疗可获得良好近期疗效。
26 cases of confirmed cervical cancer Ⅱ b, endometrial cancer Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients with hysterectomy, double attachment resection + pelvic radiotherapy, preoperative and postoperative supplementation of the endovascular radiotherapy. Twenty-six patients successfully completed the treatment, no obvious adverse reactions, no serious complications. Suggest that intraoperative radiotherapy of gynecologic oncology can obtain good short-term curative effect.
