作者观察25例少见的椎动脉(ПА)钙化患者,均见有各种神经综合征,其中男17例、女8例。表现有植物性血管张力不全、神经衰弱、痉挛、耳蜗前度综合征和血管性脊髓病。1.植物性血管张力不全(5例):常表现头痛、血压波动、肢体麻木与睡眠障碍。5例均以交感神经兴奋占优势,出现发作性恶寒、血压升高、数脉、皮肤苍白等,可持续1.5±0.5小时。危象后2～3天内患者诉全身无力、不适与厌食。脑生物电活动示两半球间轻度不对称和去同步性皮层活动。脑电阻图枕—乳导程示主峰曲线、重搏波较平坦,波幅降低。皮肤植物性反应示交感神经功能亢进,面部皮肤电流阻力较高(2000±50千欧姆)、而肢体较
The authors observed 25 cases of rare calcified calcification of vertebral artery (ААА), all see a variety of neurological syndromes, including 17 males and 8 females. The performance of plant vascular insufficiency, neurasthenia, spasm, pre-cochlear syndrome and vascular myelopathy. 1. Plant vascular insufficiency (5 cases): often manifested headache, blood pressure fluctuations, limb numbness and sleep disorders. 5 cases were predominant sympathetic excitement, a paroxysmal onset of aversion to cold, blood pressure, pulse, pale skin, sustainable 1.5 ± 0.5 hours. 2 to 3 days after the crisis patients complain of generalized weakness, discomfort and anorexia. Brain bioelectrical activity showed mild asymmetry and desynchronization of cortical activity between the two hemispheres. Psoriasis pillow diagram - milk lead shows the main peak curve, compared with the smooth pulse wave, wave amplitude decreased.
