本文对主要组织相容性复合分子(MHC)在亚剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)合并完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)诱发大鼠抗β-细胞的自身免疫应答中的作用进行了评价。 用同基因异系种(LEW.1A和LEW.1W),5~6周龄的雄性大鼠52只,体重117±27.9g,腹腔内注射0.5mlCFA,并在24小时后注射亚剂量STZ25mg/kg体重,隔周1次共3次。同时注射同剂量STZ的9只,CFA13只。在第二组实验中,LEW1A和1W雄鼠各15只仅注射CFA。各次注射CFA/STZ后7天分别杀死3或4只。CFA注射后7天分别检测外周血白细胞(WBC)及脾重量(脾重/体重×100)。分别在CFA和STZ注射前从不禁食的动物取血。用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测血糖浓度。按Zie-gler等的方法测定胰岛素含量,按Gottschling等
