数控装备是高成本的产品,仅仅依靠寿命试验获得数控装备的失效时间耗费太大,在实验数据呈现小样本的情况下研究数控装备的运行性能随时间而变化的规律,从而对数控机床进行可靠性评估是非常有重要意义的.提出采用隐半马尔科夫模型(HSMM)对数控装备运行性能特征参数进行数据挖掘,计算出描述数控装备从正常状态到失效状态变迁过程的状态转移矩阵.结合状态转移矩阵和马尔科夫预测模型对数控装备运行可靠性进行评估.最后,在一款数控铣床上验证该方法的可行性,该方法丰富了数控装备可靠性评估理论.
CNC equipment is a high-cost product, just rely on the life test to get the NC equipment failure time is too much, in the experimental data presented a small sample of the numerical control equipment running performance with time changes in order to CNC machine tools reliable It is very important to evaluate the performance of the NC equipment.A new method based on Hidden Markov Markov Model (HSMM) is proposed to mine the performance parameters of NC equipment and calculate the state transition matrix that describes the NC equipment’s transition from normal to failure state. State transition matrix and Markov forecasting model are used to evaluate the operation reliability of CNC equipment.Finally, the feasibility of this method is verified on a CNC milling machine, which enriches the reliability evaluation theory of CNC equipment.
